Form first.
Then heavy.

nocardio is a free strength training tracker for people who lift weights at the gym or at home.

What clean form actually means

Technique first, weight second. nocardio walks you through every exercise — from the setup to the point where you should stop. You bring the will. The app shows you the rest.

What the app does

Plan, workout, exercises, stats, body weight — all in one place. What you see, you put together yourself.

All features

Four ways to your plan

Build it yourself. Take a ready-made template. Have a Pro workout plan built for you. Or bring the one you already have — a photo or a PDF is enough.

Set by set

The workout tab shows the week as one continuous track. The next day grows into a card inside it. During the workout you enter weight and reps, and the rest timer runs alongside.

Exercises

Every one with a video, a short description and six steps. Plus target muscles, secondary muscles, equipment — and how much a set counts toward each muscle group. Search and filter by muscle or equipment. Whatever is missing, you add as your own exercise with your own photo.

Create an account and look around

Volume, records, muscle distribution

Volume, estimated 1RM, sets per muscle group, records. Direct and indirect sets counted separately.

Body weight, streak, weekly goal

Body weight over time, streak, weekly goal. And the Pro analysis tells you whether your training fits your goal.

nocardio Pro

Three features call a language model every time you use them: the Pro workout plan, the Pro analysis and the plan import. You can try the analysis and the import once for free; the plan needs a subscription.

Why this costs money

Each of these features calls a large language model. That costs real money every single time it runs — which is why they are the only features that cannot be free. The analyses run on a smaller model on purpose, because that is enough for them.

On top of that come the servers, the database, delivering the videos, and the work of developing the app further and keeping it secure.

Everything that causes no running costs stays free. That is almost everything.

One person, not a company

nocardio is built by one person. No investors, no ads, no selling data. Whatever causes no running costs stays free — that is almost everything. Pro covers the rest.

About me

Common questions

Is nocardio free?

Yes. Plans, workouts, timer, stats, body weight and every exercise with video and instructions cost nothing. There are no ads. Only the Pro features are paid.

What does nocardio Pro cost?

€4.99 per month, €12.99 per quarter or €49.99 per year. The longer the term, the cheaper the month. What each one includes is on the Pro page.

Is this a subscription?

Yes, nocardio Pro is only available as a subscription. It renews automatically and can be canceled at any time — through Stripe or by email to info@nocardio.fit.

What do I need Pro for?

For the Pro workout plan. You answer a few questions, and nocardio builds a complete workout plan from them, along with the reasoning behind it. The other Pro features you may try once without a subscription — the Pro workout plan you may not.

Is there a nocardio app for iPhone and Android?

nocardio runs in the browser and can be put on the home screen like an app on iPhone, Android and desktop. The App Store and Google Play versions are built and will be submitted as soon as the developer accounts are in place.

Can I buy Pro inside the app?

Not right now — Pro is bought through this website, and access bought here works exactly the same in the app. Buying inside the app comes with the store versions.

Do I need an account?

For training, yes, because your sets have to be stored. For browsing the exercises and workout plans on this website, no.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Plans, workouts and exercises live on the device. Whatever you enter without a connection is sent on as soon as you are back online.

What happens to my data?

It is not sold. For the Pro features, computed values go to Anthropic — no names, no email address. The details are in the privacy policy.

Can I export my data or delete my account?

Both in your profile, no questions asked and no email to support.
